The department supports a breadth of practice, including craft.
The North East region includes Tyne and Wear, Northumberland, County Durham and the Tees Valley. The region has a number of world-class galleries and venues, including Baltic Centre for Contemporary Art, The Sage Gateshead, the Angel of the North and mima.
Prior to working with the Arts Council, she worked as Events Officer at the National Glass Centre in Sunderland, at Arts Resource as Administrator and Project Manager and at Bruvvers Theatre Company.
